Akiva’s fascination with finance has taken many forms. It started with coin collecting as a child, and evolved into an interest in coins from different eras and regions during his study and early work in Archaeology. During that time, Akiva came to appreciate the profound impact that money has on geopolitics, economies, movement of goods, and the expansion and collapse of nations.
Akiva began exploring modern investment during the downturn in 2008, eventually choosing to pursue a career in finance. His experience includes work in venture capital, private banking and wealth management.
As Relationship Manager at HBA, Akiva enjoys working one-on-one with clients to understand their goals and challenges, and shaping client financial strategies that manage, grow, and protect clients’ wealth.
When Akiva is not working at HBA, he enjoys swimming, hiking, and playing the bull in “Rodeo” with his son and daughter.
He holds series 7, 63, 65 and California Life and Health.
